What is dFortix.ai?
dFortix.ai is an AI-powered operating platform that replaces fragmented SaaS stacks. We build, integrate and operate the systems that run your business — agentic AI, vector knowledge bases, payments, scheduling, fleet, finance and reporting — under one roof. Built by Mercury Road Equipment Pty Ltd in Sydney.
What does "pit to port" mean?
It's an industrial term for the entire operational chain — from the source of a product through to delivery. We use it as shorthand for end-to-end software: we don't just bolt AI onto one corner of your business, we replace the whole stack.
Do you replace our existing software or integrate with it?
Both. We integrate where the tool is genuinely best-in-class (Stripe, Xero, Twilio, Mapbox) and replace where consolidation creates value. Our default posture is consolidation — fewer vendors, lower cost, fewer integration failures.
Where is our data hosted?
Australian-hosted by default (ap-southeast-2). We support air-gapped self-hosted deployments for compliance-sensitive customers. Your data is never used to train shared models.
How long does a typical build take?
First production milestone in 4–8 weeks. A full pit-to-port replacement of a multi-vendor stack typically lands in 12–20 weeks. We ship incrementally — you stop paying for replaced tools as we cut over.
What if we want to bring it in-house later?
Source code is yours from day one. No lock-in, no exit fees. We're confident enough in the operate model that we make leaving easy.
Do you only work in Australia?
We're Sydney-based, most of our clients are AU — but we run Asia-Pacific deployments (see Polskamp APAC) and ship platforms to wherever the business operates. Data residency follows the customer.
